THE FOCUS REQUEST MANAGEMENT MODULAR SUITE
Focus112 Release Manager receives and logs requests before automatically retrieving the required data and dispatching the response. Agencies are restricted to making requests for data to which they are legally entitled.
Focus112 Interface Manager can connect to live networks and extract real-time data from back end systems including Ab initio, Oracle, Netezza, Terradata and SQL.
Focus112 Retention Store is a multi terrabyte data warehouse which can store up to 2 petabytes of data to allow you to quickly access information and fulfill requests.

FOCUS112 Interface Manger
Focus112 Interface Manager (FIM) is a proven system that interacts with all different back-end systems to extract the requested information. FIM can rapidly enrich the raw data adding ancillary information such as subscriber details and cell site details. It can de-duplicate data extracted from legacy systems and evaluate what are current subscriber details. This enrichment, de-duplication and normalisation of data reduces subsequent requests from LEA’s for subsidiary information saving resources.
FOCUS112 Retention Store
Extensive experience of building and managing CDR warehouses has honed our Extract, Transform and Load systems to world class standards. Our understanding of how LEA use data enables us to structure petabyte size data warehouse to optimise performance and reduce costs without expensive products such as Oracle or Ab-initio . In addition to CDR storage we can store downloads of subscriber or CRM data which allows the structuring of data that facilitates LEA type inquiries and reduces load on live commercial systems.
